Great location near mall and food establishments. Accommodating and friendly staff. Inexpensive dinner options across from the hotel. Delicious traditional Indonesian breakfast. Hotel guests were clean, polite, and quiet. Helpful staff with limited English.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Balikpapan. the value for money was impressive. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the hotel's convenient location near two large malls. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The basic amenities were well-provided, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast experience was a highlight. It was a traditional Indonesian breakfast that was both delicious and satisfying.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. Situated in one of the trendier parts of the city, near two large malls, it was perfect for shopping and exploring. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The basic amenities were also well-provided, and the rooms, although not thoroughly cleaned, were quite clean and comfortable. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast experience. The variety of tasty options served in the morning was a great way to start the day.

Had a great Christmas stay! The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. The location was perfect because it was near to the mall, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit options.

The bathroom was small and some things were outdated, but overall it didn't affect my stay too much. The towels were a bit thin and rough, but they did the job.
